According to the authorities, "Tony Montana" is considered a financial operator of the cartel, under direct orders of his brother "El Mencho".
Oseguera Cervantes was arrested on December 4, during an operation conducted by the military and Federal Police in Tlajomulco de Zuñiga.
Back then, "Tony Montana" used the alias of "Joel Mora Garibay" and was in charge of obtaining information of the operations against the cartel, as well as providing weapons for its members.
For the governments of Mexico and the United States, the Cartel Jalisco New Generation (CJNG) is the most dangerous organization in Mexico and the one with the greatest economic resources.
