The young man claims to be a member of the "Los Rojos" cartel.

The Public Safety Commisioner of Morelos said that authorities are worried about the attitude of Cuauhtémoc Blanco, mayor of Morelos.
"This is a message and clear threat to the mayors who have recently taken office not to accept the coordination plan and police framework that we have been promoting," Morelos governor said.
Authorities describe a struggle between two gangs - "Guerreros Unidos" and "Los Rojos" - over the mineral wealth that has split Carrizalillo into two factions, fanning chaos.
A member of Guerreros Unidos accused José Luis Hernández Rivera of being a member of the criminal organization Los Rojos.
