U.S. girl was abused and murdered in Mexico

, a 12-year-old girl, was sexually abused and killed by Eulogio “N,” the man dating his maternal aunt, in Piedras Negras, Coahuila .

The criminal slit the little girl ’s throat with a knife. He was arrested three hours later in Monclova, Coahuila.

State authorities said the man will be charged with femicide .

Authorities informed that the girl’s three siblings, who are between 4 years old and 14 and do not speak Spanish, are receiving help from experts.

The man is now facing over 60 years in prison .

According to reports, Jean Aliyah lived in the U.S. but after her mother lost her job in Eagle Pass, Texas , the family and her new boyfriend moved to Piedras Negras.

The family had been living in Mexico for a month when the tragic incident took place.
