Mr. Pensions works at the SEP
When reviewing the assets declarations made by government officers, there is one very interesting case: the Deputy Secondary Level Education Minister , Juan Pablo Arroyo Ortiz , who has three incomes. Arroyo Ortiz is paid by the SEP , has an IMSS pension, and receives a welfare check for elderly adults . So besides making MXN 1,274,000 a year, he also receives a pension for MXN 95,334 a year, and welfare aid for MXN 16,800 per year. However, isn’t the welfare check aimed at those who truly need it? By the time people find out about Arroyo Ortiz, he might be baptized as Mr. Pensions (Lord Pensiones).

The INE never guaranteed clean elections?
According to President López Obrador , the INE has never guaranteed clean elections ; however, we’ve been told we should go back in time to analyze this claim. Years ago, when the now-President led the PRD party, he said there were 5 democratic triumphs in local governments and the PRD’s rise as the second most powerful party in the lower chamber in 1997; all these through elections organized by the INE. As the PRD leader, López Obrador saw Cuauhtémoc Cárdenas become Mexico City mayor in 1997; Ricardo Monreal became the governor of Zacatecas in 1998; Alfonso Sánchez Anaya won in Tlaxcala in 1998, and Leonel Cota won in Baja California Sur. In contrast, Morena went through a fraudulent internal election.

When will the Supreme Court resume its activities?
In the upcoming days, the Supreme Court will analyze the possibility of resuming its face-to-face activities until August 1. The ministers must decide if they return to their normal activities on July 1 or August 1. The decision made by the Supreme Court could prompt the Judiciary to follow the court’s footsteps and delay its return for another month.
