Part of the exhibitions Mexicráneos and Alebrijes were taken to the La Villette park located in northern Paris , France , where the inhabitants of that dreamy city will have four months to get to know Mexican culture , for the exhibition will be available until May 15 .
Due to the interest the exhibitions caused in the Lille3000 El Dorado Cultural Festival in France, the necessary arrangements were done for the pieces to be exposed since January 15 in what is considered the biggest urban cultural park in that capital.

Eight monumental skulls are exhibited in the gardens designed by architect Bernard Tschumi that are comprised of 55 hectares , 35 of which are outdoors, where modern architecture and nature are combined with cultural spaces.

Among the pieces are “¡Corre y se va Corriendo!” by Izaskun ; “Jaguar Warrior,” by Osmani Contreras , “El alebrije más viejo de todos” (The oldest alebrije) by Atentamente una Fresa ; “Natura mexicana” (Mexican nature) by Iván Salamanca , “Xantolo” by Silvio Lopeztovar ; “Mexicolor” by Lao Gabrielli , and “Corazón de Xólotl” (Xólotl Heart) by Larva Clothing .
The objective of the exhibition is to share Mexico’s cultural essence through the monumental skulls made by national artists under the motto “ Mexican Pride ;” in addition of promoting Mexico City as a touristic destination, so the skulls have a QR code with information in french about the Day of the Dead tradition and a video about the intervention of the pieces.
