The Mexican weightlifter Jennifer Cantú won gold at the International Weightlifting Federation (IWF) World Cup in Fuzhou , China .
In total, Jennifer Cantú lifted 215 kilos , which made her the gold winner at the championship .
The Mexican weightlifter won this important competition, which grants her points for the Olympic Games to be held in Tokyo in 2020 .
The process for the Olympic classification was divided into three stages : from November 2018 to April 31, 2019 ; from May 1 to October 31, 2019 , and November 1 to April 31, 2020 . Therefore, the weightlifters have to compete in each stage at least once and participate in six performances in total.
During each stage, there will be gold, silver, and bronze awards ; from those six participations performed by each athlete , they should win 2 gold medals , or at least one gold and one silver.
At the end of the process, the International Weightlifting Federation will assign each country the number of places it achieved.
