The latest information provided by CONAGUA states that Hurricane Bud is currently located 425km to the southwest of Cabo Corrientes, 370km from Manzanillo with wind speeds of 195km/h and moving along the northwest at 11km/h.
Given the current weather conditions, the SMN recommends the general population to take precautions in the states affected by rains and to obey the recommendations issued by the civil protection departments of each state.
The weather forecast for today in the Valley of Mexico includes strong rains and downpours:

Yesterday, a heavy downpour in Guadalajara caused a flooding which disrupted services of Line 1 of the light rail and 40 people had to be rescued by civil protection personnel and the fire department of the city after a train was left stranded in 4 meters of water.
Governor Aristóteles Sandoval informed no injured people were reported after the flooding and that cleaning operations are being performed in the affected towns.
