The problem the army will face now is the same it had when the war against cartels began: how to distinguish between good people and criminals ? The division between is not clear and it's not like they dress differently, or have special IDs. We've been reminded that criminals have used people as shields and they have even paid people to demonstrate to “reject the presence of the army .” Can fuel theft be fought against, without repression, when society is involved?

In the Chamber of Deputies' Energy Commission , they are working on a proposal to decrease the use of fuel , based on successful results in other countries, where they have researched the use of hybrid cars that aren't too expensive. The commission is contemplating subsidies and payment and facilities for the citizens. They hope the decrease in the use of fuels will improve the environment . This proposal has been welcomed by all the parliamentary groups, so the proposal could move forward during the incoming ordinary sessions.

We've been told that it's easier to approve President López Obrador' s proposals in the Senate because Morena and its allies need fewer legislators to reach the qualified majorities to approve the constitutional reforms . In this sense, if the Senators include the transitory article, the President complained it was cut off from the bill.
