Get naked at the Zipolite Nudist Festival

More than 4,000 people are expected to attend the fourth edition of the Zipolite Nudist Festival in Oaxaca , which will be held from 1 to 3 February .

The festival will offer beach yoga lessons, volleyball, and body paint. For this year’s edition, organizers added a Spartan Race in which participants will run through the beach and avoid obstacles. There will also be a talent show for tourists to show off their artistic skills. Plus, the event organizers will take an official body paint picture at the Beach of Love .

Before the inauguration, the event organizers planned a Calenda from Oaxaca , a traditional celebration in which both members of the community and festival attendants participated.

The first Nudist Festival of Zipolite was held on 2016, after which the municipality declared the area as an Optional Nudist Beach . Zipolite is the first beach in Mexico to gain said status.

The festival will also offer regional dances, night concerts, hikes, a naked marine tour, a bike tour, surf lessons, and a night tour with neon lights .

If you’re curious enough to attend, the festival launched a mobile app for tourists to check out all of the event activities, as well as the location of hotels and restaurants.
