Enchilada Festival 2018

In order to pay homage to one of the most popular dishes in Mexican gastronomy , the fourth edition of the Enchilada Festival in Guanajuato is set to take place.

In an official statement issued by the Tourism Ministry , it says that on September 21, 22 and 23, 3,800 people are expected to attend the gastronomic event .

In addition, they indicated that the event will involve 14 restaurants with over 15 different varieties , which will also include innovative versions of the traditional dish.
