The “ Festival de la Tercera Raíz ”, the third root festival, will celebrate the African roots present in Mexico , especially in the state of Guerrero , as well as South Africa and Mozambique .
The festival will take place from March 15 to 17 in Mexico City . You will be able to enjoy dances fro m Guerrero, Mozambique and South Africa , as well as cuisine from African nations, art workshops , storytellers , live music , traditional games , poetry reading s, and a fashion show .
