The head of government of Mexico City , Miguel Angel Mancera , and the UK President of the Board of Trade, Dr. Liam Fox , presented the first six double-deck units , which will circulate on Line 7 of the Metrobús , a bus rapid transit (BRT) system, that will travel from Indios Verdes to the Fuente de Petróleos, along Paseo de la Reforma.
"We are showing this very high-tech vehicle with the benefit of reducing pollutant emissions. And a very important fact for people is that 7 out of 10 passengers can be seated comfortably and they have surveillance cameras ," said Mancera.
The first six units, which already have the chromatic of the Metrobús, were presented in front of the Old Town Hall.
In total there will be 90 buses that will circulate in Line 7 of the Metrobús, they have a capacity for 130 passengers , eight security cameras, and EuroVI technology.
