Something is wrong with the Mexican society when the media releases a news about a minor of 7 years old , Antony, who was rescued in the Gustavo A. Madero borough in the capital, after being chained all his life with evident signs of abuse and malnutrition .

It is not the only case, two years ago came to light Zunduri 's story, a young woman of 22 who was chained and beaten to make her work in an ironing business. Before that, the country found out about the case of the " hitman " child , who was only 14 and worked for an organized crime group in the state of Morelos .

When does the parent-children relationship break so that neither care about said link and take different paths? Parents who abandon, give away or forget about their offspring. Children who want to run away from their homes and prefer the streets or any other place, even if they are at the mercy of persons or groups who take away their dignity.

Maybe the saddest story of all is the 2-year-old girl who on March 23, 2015 , was found in Mexico City inside a suitcase, with signs of having been sexually abused .

The government can hardly be checking each and every one of the citizens, and it is not desirable, but it is evident that the government in all its levels is facing the urgent demand of providing some kind of psychological and social care to those most vulnerable.

The cases of the past years must be a warning sign that in certain groups, under certain circumstances (educational, economic, psychological), their family and social fabrics are being torn apart and require immediate intervention.

The most helpless, be it minors or women , are being targets of the resentment that the very society has caused them at some moment. There is much to learn in terms of coexistence and respect , beginning in the family environment.
