Mexican president, Enrique Peña Nieto, condemned the attack outside the British Parliament earlier today by posting a couple of messages in his twitter account: “Mexico condemns the attack in London and is saddened by the loss of lives and by the those injured as a result of this unacceptable act of violence.”
He added “I express Mexicans solidarity with the United Kingdom as well as our sympathies to the victims’ families.”
Additionally, the Mexican embassy in the UK activated an emergency protocol after the attack outside the British Parliament earlier today. Though no Mexicans have been reported as injured so far, the protocol aims to attend to any fellow nationals in the Westminster Bridge and Parliament Square vicinity. The following notice was posted in the Mexican Embassy's official site:
“IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR MEXICANS
After the incident reported today by British authorities, outside the London Parliament, The Mexican Embassy in the UK, as well as its Consular section have activated an emergency protocol to attend to Mexicans. No injured Mexicans have been reported so far. The following means of communication have been made available should you need of our assistance:

Scotland Yard released a first statement where they urged the civil population to stay away from Parliament Square, Whitehall and Westminster Bridge, as well as to report any suspicious behavior.
For her part, British Prime Minister, Theresa May described the attack at the "heart of our capital city" as "sick and depraved."
