Three Mexican people were arrested, after the Ministry of Navy found 21 drug packages on a boat with the help of intelligence information that assured a vessel of the organized crime was approaching the Mexican seashore early Friday.
Authorities of the 14th Navy Zone, based in the Port of Chiapas, commanded the search of the criminal vessel with a Tenochtitlán-type coastal patrol, which located the illegal vessel 75 nautical miles southeast of the Port of Chiapas.
After marines conducted an exhaustive boat search, naval authorities found and seized 21cocaine packages with an average weight of over 500 kilograms.
