The so-called First Oenology Park, called the Puerta del Lobo, in Querétaro, is the world's first of its kind and features tourist attractions and a luxury real-estate project.
The project, which promises to be a Tuscan getaway in Querétaro, will be completed in 2020. There will be nearly 100 acres dedicated to gastronomy, cheese and wine, and will be a fusion between entertainment and nature.
There will be restaurants, bars, a shopping center, a museum, a religious temple, an artisanal beer factory and other amenities.
There will also be a cheese farm that visitors will have access to, as well as eco tourism activities such as zip lining and motorcycles within the 100 acre property.
The real-estate development includes a club house with a pool and event and games hall, among other features, in addition to residents being able to own their own home on a vineyard.
Puerta del Lobo currently has three wines on the market: Syrah Puerta del Lobo, Merlo-Carbernet Puerta del Lobo and Top Blend Tío Neto, which is a blend of three grape varieties.
