"Toro" Valencia is arrested in Colima

Mexico's Federal Police arrested Fernando Castillo Rodríguez, known as "El Toro Valencia", identified as a member of the Jalisco New Generation Cartel in Colima.

Castillo is under investigation over the attacks of March 2015 in which five federal agents were killed in Ocotlán, Jalisco.

A policeman was killed in the operation.
