Popocatépetl volcano spews 38 exhalations

According to the last report of the National Center for Disaster Prevention (Cenapred), 38 exhalations were registered by the monitoring system of Popocatépelt volcano, the most important occurred yesterday at 1:07pm and today at 06:38 am.

18 minutes of low-amplitude tremor were also reported.

During the night, incandescence over the crater was observed.

At moment of this report, a continuous emission of steam and gas heading towards the northeast is observed.
