The monitoring system of Popocatépetl volcano registered 56 low-intensity exhalations and also nine low-intensity explosions in the last 24 hours, according to the report of the National Center for Disaster Prevention (Cenapred).

Yesterday, a continuous emission of steam and gas was reported.

Also, incandescence over the crater was observed yesterday night.

During this morning, emissions of gas and ash could be seen.
