Kidnapped delegate of the Cisen rescued

Jorge Ramos Neri, delegate of the Mexican intelligence agency (Cisen) to the State of Mexico, was rescued this morning after being kidnapped last Thursdayby two men in front of his house in Toluca, federal sources informed without providing more details.

After his rescue Ramos was taken to his house, now under strong surveillance.
