Staff of the Office of the Attorney General of the State of Mexico (PGJEM) sealed the doors of a McDonald's restaurant in the municipality of Tlalnepantla after a customer allegedly found the head of a rat in a hamburger.
The woman was admitted to the local Red Cross with vomiting and the remains of a burger with the alleged head of a rodent inside.
The PGJEM sealed the restaurant due to the complaints of a client.
