At least 33 arrested during America-Pumas game

The Department of Public Security of Mexico City reported the arrest of at least 33 people for diverse offenses in relation to the Pumas UNAM-Aguilas America game.

A total of 10 were arrested for reselling tickets and other 16 for buying them. A total of 17 tickets were seized from them.

At least seven were arrested for public disturbance. Five of them were involved in a fight near the stadium among followers of Pumas.

Since the 1:00 p.m., a total of 4,500 police officers from different Metropolitan corporations were deployed in the vicinity of the Azteca stadium to prevent vandalism and other illegal acts.
