A few moments ago, Mexican President Enrique Peña Nieto demanded that the positions expressed by the leaders of the nations that make up the G-20 were translated, with support from the United Nations, in a real global action against terror.
Pointing out that there no extremism is good for humanity, Peña Nieto condemned "the heinous attacks" of the last few days in France, Lebanon and Turkey.
As the last speaker of the session on terrorism and the refugee crises of the G-20, which concluded this morning, he pointed out the importance of combating the weapons and people trafficking, as well as the international financing of terrorism.
The President of Mexico added that equally important is to prevent terrorism, by attacking its structural causes. He added that no reason justifies an attack on defenseless civilians and expressed the solidarity of Mexico with the victims and their families.
