Popocatépetl spews 100 low-intensity exhalations

According to the National Center for Disaster Prevention (Cenapred), in the last 24 hours the monitoring system of Popocatépetl volcano registered 100 low-intensity exhalations accompanied by gas and steam emissions.

Two minutes of harmonic tremor and 16 explosions were also registered. 

Incandescence over the crater, gas and steam were also observed last night.
