The authorities of Mexico City are on the lookout of three men allegedly involved in the killing of photojournalist Rubén Espinosa and three women in the area of Narvarte, according to metropolitan Attorney General Rodolfo Ríos Garza.
At a press conference, Ríos Garza presented a surveillance video of the area, showing how one of the suspects took the Ford Mustang owned by one of the victims, while the other two fled on foot.
Ríos Garza added that the authorities have the declarations from 20 people, while inspections in the department where the killings took place have been unable to find traces of alcoholic beverages. A toxicology test in the bodies of the victims is expected in the next few hours.
Ríos Garza added that there are two witnesses in the case: A woman who lived in the apartment and a friend of Espinosa, who have contributed information for the investigations.
