Interpol circulates red notice for Enrique Horcasitas

The International Criminal Police Organization (Interpol) circulated a red notice for the location and arrest Enrique Horcasitas Manjarrez, Moisés Guerrero Ponce and Sergio Aguirre Mendoza, involved in the irregularities surrounding the construction of Line 12 of the Subway System of Mexico City.

Sources from the Office of the Attorney General (PGR) confirmed that Interpol has circulated among the police authorities of the affiliated nations the notices for Horcasitas, former head of the metropolitan subway system; Guerrero Ponce, head of civil engineering, and Aguirre Mendoza, vice-director of Civil Engineering and Technical Support.

There are already arrest orders against them in Mexico for the crime of abuse of their faculties in the authorization of the construction project of Line 12 after the tender process had been declared void.
