Over 5 tons of marijuana seized in Jalisco

Over five tons of marijuana were seized in Tlajomulco de Zúñiga, Jalisco by the Attorney General's Office (PGR).

The agency requested a search warrant for a building located in Alfonso Reyes street, Jardines del Zapote neighborhood, where two men were seen carrying several packages.

The two men fled when they noticed the presence of the authorities.

999 packages of marijuana were found inside the property, totaling 5.3 tons.
