EPN has a meeting with Anthony Wayne

Mexican President Enrique Peña Nieto is having a private meeting with U.S. ambassador Anthony Wayne.

Peña Nieto received Wayne in the presidential residence of Los Pinos at 3:00 p.m.

That meeting comes a few days before Wayne ends his diplomatic mission in Mexico.

Wayne worked for four years in Mexico, with a discrete profile and a good communication with the local politicians.

The ambassador said to EL UNIVERSAL that he had good and bad days, but one of the worst ever was when Joaquín "El Chapo" Guzmán escaped from jail.
