Rubén Oseguera González, alias "El Menchito" was transferred from the Altiplano prison to the Assistant Attorney General's Office for Special Investigations on Organized Crime (SEIDO) in Mexico City to testify before the Public Prosecutor's Office about the disappearance of two people in Michoacán.
In the coming hours, the SEIDO will determine the legal situation of the New Generation Jalisco Cartel leader's son.
This morning, Rubén Oseguera González was released for lack of evidence.
However, hours later Oseguera González was arrested again by federal agents pursuant to an order to appear requested by the Public Prosecutor's Office for the disappearance of two people.
