The candidate of the Revolutionary Institutional and the Green Party to the government of Guerrero, Héctor Astudillo, claimed that he was the winner with a lead of 12 to 14 points.
At a press conference, he called on the people of the state to seek reconciliation through dialog, but always according to the law. He also called for the unity of the state.
Astudillo added that once his victory is validated by the authorities, he will ask President Enrique Peña Nieto for support for the state.
"The numbers are very good," he expressed while arriving at a hotel for the press conference, with his supporters chanting his name.
