Actor Eduardo Verástegui considers a mistake from the part of the government of Barack Obama the legalization of gay marriage in the U.S., and thinks that his government seeks the elimination of the Catholic Church.
In a recent interview with CNN, the Mexican actor talked about his position on the decision of the Supreme Court of the United States legalizing homosexual marriage and said that it aims to restrict religious freedom.
Obama "is a person that somehow is attacking the religious freedom, not only in an attack against the Catholic Church, but any religion. This man is attacking the religious freedom of people," he said.
"Obama is a person on whom I don't believe There is a political agenda below that goes beyond what you and I can see right now," Verástegui expressed.
